Debbie Metzger is a natural entrepreneur with a talent for inspiring others. Not every property is the same, and not every sale has the same story.
For this one, I had the opportunity to assist an estate through the sale of a property that came with a few extra layers. We had some probate obstacles to navigate along the way, but ultimately we were able to secure the right buyer, work through the details, and get everyone successfully to the closing table.
Real estate doesn’t always come in a perfectly wrapped package. Sometimes the job is simply figuring out what needs to happen next, solving the problems as they come, and continuing to move the transaction forward.

Days like this are such a good reminder of how lucky I am to get to do what I love with people I genuinely love doing it with.
My family and my business are my life. They get the majority of my time, my energy, my heart, and probably most of my brain space too. 😂 And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Yesterday we got to spend the day learning, laughing, sharing ideas, celebrating wins, planning for what’s ahead, and just enjoying being together. And looking through these pictures today, I’m just really, really thankful.
Real estate can be a crazy business, but having the right people beside you makes all the difference. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built, the way everyone shows up for each other, and the fact that we can work really hard and still have SO much fun along the way.
I love this little real estate life of mine. I love these people. And I’m incredibly grateful that I get to be part of their team. 💙
